Order Processing

Orders are processed within [3–7 business days] after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

• International Shipping: [7–14 business days, if offered]

Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, and peak shopping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to [24–48 hours] for tracking updates to appear.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to update it, contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays or Missing Orders

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected. If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number.
